My therapeutic approach is humanistic, valuing each person's uniqueness and their right to a non-judgmental, open-minded space. I listen attentively, drawing on my clinical training to help you see perspectives you may have missed. My aim is to provide a genuine and supportive presence rather than pretending to have all the answers. I am also trauma-informed and couch all sessions with trauma-focused interventions. We are equals in this space, working towards a positive change in your quality of life.
