I am located in The Woodlands, Texas. I see clients between 8 am and 7 pm. I offer extended Saturday sessions as requested.

Pricing is dependent on length and purpose of session. Sessions can range from $150-$350.

I am able to accept all major credit cards and HSA cards.

I only accept private pay clients at this time. I always suggest asking your insurance provider what benefits are available for mental health services, as you might be surprised! Many clients have success receiving some reimbursement for out-of-pocket costs.

It is always best to start with weekly sessions for 4-8 weeks. This is how we build our relationship (super important!) and start making progress. From there, we downshift into biweekly or monthly to maintain new habits and continue building on the positive changes you’ve made.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. This helps me to fit in clients on the waitlist or allocate my time in other ways. The fee for late cancellation is the full cost of the session. Cancellation requests can be made via email or text.

I also have a strict 15-minute no-show policy that counts as a late cancellation.

Our online scheduling system sends automatic reminders via text and email to help prevent unnecessary late cancellations.

I am not a licensed couples or family therapist. I have amazing referrals, though, if needed!

Privacy is super important in this work, so please send me an email from your email on file, and I will link you to the client portal to complete the Release of Information documentation. I can not release records without your consent.

The first session is an intake. I will use this time to better understand what is bringing you in to therapy, your history, and your goals for treatment. This is also when we get to spend time with one another and make sure we are a good fit.

I will not take it personally! Your care is my number one priority and I know from experience a bad fit goes nowhere quick. Your time and energy are valuable, so just let me know and I’ll work to find you a good referral.
