First and foremost, you should know I operate from a Humanistic perspective on human behavior and change.

Humanistic focuses on helping you understand yourself more deeply, build self-acceptance, and create meaningful change.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I look at your whole person, including your emotions, values, relationships, and life experiences, so you can feel more authentic, connected, and fulfilled.

I lean more into evidence-based “bottom-up” approaches, focusing on the body, nervous system, and emotional experience first, rather than starting with thoughts or logic. While I think it is helpful to notice and question our thoughts, real healing happens in the body. Bottom-up therapy helps you change how your body feels so your mind can follow.
